As the production coordinator during the 2-year creation process of the short film, The Golden Fish, I kept everything in the animation pipeline running smoothly by supporting all departments with the production requirements.

• Responsible for creating and maintaining the One Drive we used to store all of our creation assets and documentation.

• Backed up our film onto a hard drive I purchased.

• Kept asset databases and spreadsheets.

• Tracked the completion of tasks to ensure we met deadlines.

• Scheduled and attended meetings and reviews, and was responsible for taking detailed notes.

• Responsible for checking on the status of tasks by all 13 team members.
  Opened and kept the bank account and processed payments.

• Processed invoices and kept the cash records.
